Who We Are
Newlands Global Talent was founded in 2020 by Neil Wilson, borne out of his passion for building relationships, identifying and working closely with talented individuals, providing opportunities and ultimately a deep passion for the Arts. Feeling like existing talent agencies were lacking a personally tailored approach and did not provide enough support, he decided on a more personal approach to ensure he can develop a deep working relationship with the acting professionals for a more targeted and human approach in an industry that can be cold and distant. He cares for those he represents and takes great pleasure helping each talent on their way to success.
For personal reasons, over the last couple of years, Neil has had to pause the rapid agency expansion which had been taking place. However, we are now in a position to restart and accelerate NGT once again. He is delighted to be joined by Jonathan, a published novelist and screenplay writer who has happily been with NGT since the very beginning and is complementing the team with his talent for managing and coaching young Industry talents while also serving as the in-house writer for NGT's beloved table reads for which he writes original scripts across all genres. Additionally, he writes tailor-made scripts for those who wish, in any genre.
